Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch, depending on the courier’s system. Shipping Rates and Charges
Posh Parade proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum purchase is required, and the are no hidden charges at checkout. Currently, Posh Parade ships only within the USA and does not provide international shipping. The prices you see include any state and local sales tax that may apply, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Order Confirmation and Address Accuracy
Before completing your order, please double-check that your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate. Providing correct information ensures smooth and timely delivery. Posh Parade is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@poshparade.store. We’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch, but once your order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears to be delayed or missing, please get n touch with us as soon as possible. We will reach out to our courier partner to investigate and locate your package promptly. If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will work to resolve the issue quickly.
Damaged Packages or Items
Posh Parade make sure that all of our products are packed safely before they are shipped. If you receive something that is broken, not working, or wrong, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery at support@poshparade.store. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund as per our Return Policy.
Multiple Shipments
When ordering multiple items, please note that they might be shipped separately based on product availability or the location of the warehouse. Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment at no extra cost. This will ensure that available products reach you sooner instead of waiting for the entire order to be ready.
Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages
Our courier partners make several delivery attempts to ensure your order reaches you. If no one is available at the address after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. However, you may need to cover the new shipping cost. To prevent this, please provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive your order during working hours.
Pre-Orders or Backordered Items
If your order includes a pre-order item or a temporarily out-of-stock product, the estimated dispatch date will be mentioned at checkout or in your confirmation email. Change or Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please get in touch with us immediately at support@poshparade.store. Delivery Confirmation
Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, the order is considered complete. If you haven’t received your package but the tracking status shows it as delivered, please get in touch with us within 24 hours at support@poshparade.store. We’ll coordinate with the courier to investigate and help locate your order. We also recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or mail reception areas in case your package was received on your behalf.
