30-Day Return Window

Posh Parade offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, dust bags, packaging, and accessories included. Items returned in damaged or incomplete condition may not qualify for a full refund. This policy ensures both parties are protected, and it allows us to maintain the integrity of the products we ship.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@poshparade.store within the 30-day return window. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos (if applicable, such as for damaged or defective items). Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the next steps and confirm your return eligibility.

Return Label Provided in Package

For your convenience, most orders shipped by Posh Parade may include a prepaid return shipping label in the package. This label can be used if you decide to return an item. Please repackage the product securely using its original packaging (if available), attach the return label to the parcel, and drop it off at the carrier location specified on the label.
In case a return label is not included, or if you misplace it, you can contact our support team to request a digital return label.

Please note that return labels are available only for orders shipped within the United States, and return shipments must be sent using the courier service designated by Posh Parade.

Return Shipping Cost

All returns shipped using the prepaid return label provided in your package are completely free of charge. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for standard returns. If you choose to return the item using your own method or courier, you will be responsible for any shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned package. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account. We do not refund shipping upgrade charges (if any) or expedited delivery services unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns that do not meet our policy standards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our support team within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement item at no additional cost. In such cases, you are not required to return the faulty product unless we specifically request it.

Exchanges

Posh Parade accept direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product with another size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item separately.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, please email us immediately at support@poshparade.store. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process once the package is delivered.
